WERIFY / AGREEMENTS

Your account. Your artwork. Your choices.

Document version: werify-preview-2026-10-17-v2

This version is enabled for agreement. Payments and ordering remain off.

Account & Design Lab terms

These terms describe Werify’s account and Design Lab preview workflow. Ordering and payments are off.

Keep your account credentials private and use accurate contact details. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. Werify may decline a print request it cannot fulfil.

Browsing and designing do not place an order. For the initial release, an adult aged 18 or older must submit a print request and approve artwork, including when acting for a younger customer.

Saving a design keeps it in your private account. Submitting creates a fixed copy for review. Edits made later to the saved design do not change the submitted copy.

Artwork layout approval records the exact review version you saw. It is separate from quote acceptance, payment and production authorisation. A replacement review version needs a new decision.

Physical print placement, colour reproduction, stock, delivery arrangements and a production-ready print file still require confirmation. A screen mockup is a concept preview, not a guarantee of the finished garment.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Final order, cancellation, delivery and returns terms must be agreed before ordering opens.

Privacy & artwork handling

Account information and saved designs use Werify’s separate Supabase service. This includes profile details, contact information you submit, design choices, original artwork and request/review records.

Artwork remains in your browser while you are experimenting without saving. When you explicitly save a design to your signed-in account, its originals are uploaded to private storage so you can return to them. Artwork is not stored in browser local storage.

Other customers and ordinary app administrators cannot open your unsubmitted saved artwork through the application. Infrastructure operators necessarily have service-administration responsibilities; this is not a promise of end-to-end encryption.

Submitting a request explicitly allows authorised Werify staff to view and download the submitted originals for review and pricing. It does not grant access to all your saved designs or permission to use artwork in marketing.

Withdrawing a request stops future staff access through that submission. Another unwithdrawn request containing the same artwork may separately authorise access. Withdrawal cannot recall copies that staff already downloaded.

Archiving or withdrawing does not permanently delete originals, requests or agreement history. No automatic deletion period or self-service permanent account deletion is implemented yet. You can contact hello@werify.com.au about access, correction or deletion of your information. Werify will confirm what action is available; sending a request does not automatically delete records. The retention schedule and permanent deletion process remain work to complete before public launch.

Agreement records store your account identifier, the accepted document version and text, the relevant request or review version and a server-recorded time. They are separate from optional marketing consent. This workflow does not subscribe you to marketing.

Werify uses Vercel to host its website and Supabase for accounts, database records and private artwork storage. Resend delivers account-related request, quote and artwork-review notifications. These service emails contain your email address, a request reference, a fixed update message and a link to sign in. They do not include your original artwork, private review notes or quote amounts. Delivery, bounce and complaint events are used to track delivery and stop further mail to blocked addresses.

Google Workspace handles messages sent directly to hello@werify.com.au and customer replies. Content you choose to include in a reply is processed as part of that email. Service emails are separate from marketing; this workflow does not enrol you in marketing.

Artwork review & approvals

Declare that you own or have permission to use the submitted artwork. Review access is limited to evaluating the requested print; it is not a transfer of ownership.

An artwork review uses the fixed design submitted with your request: the selected supplier SKU, colour, size, quantity, originals, front/back composition and saved placement settings. Review notes are part of the version shown for your decision.

Check the design, spelling, orientation, placement, garment choices and notes before approving. If something needs changing, request changes instead. To change the composition or garment, edit your saved design and submit a new request; staff cannot silently replace your submitted artwork.

Approvals are recorded per version. When Werify shares a replacement review, the earlier decision remains in the history and does not approve the replacement. Closed or withdrawn requests cannot receive new approvals.

This is artwork layout approval only. Print-area calibration, a production-ready file and final commercial terms remain separate checks. No payment, order, stock reservation or printing is triggered by approval. Applicable consumer rights are not waived.
